IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR CUSTOMERS

All the product prices you see are already exclusive of V.A.T

DELIVERY INFO
Standard delivery is offered to mainland UK only, for all other deliveries please contact us through our e-mail facility or phone our team first for details.
Some goods ordered before 12 noon may be despatched within 24hrs (subject to availability) (excluding weekends).
Goods are expected to be delivered within 48hrs of dispatch and may arrive the next day (subject to availability).
Deliveries to distant rural locations may take slightly longer depending on the size and courier's specifications.
All quoted delivery times are subject to stock and suppliers availability.

GUARANTEES / WARRANTIES
All items featured on our website carry a 1 year parts & labour warranty unless otherwise stated.  A1 Catering Equipment Online will replace damaged goods when notified within the outlined timescales - any fitted goods or goods that are faulty after this period are the responsibility of the manufacturer.

RETURNS / DAMAGE
All damages must be reported within 24 hours of receipt. All goods must be checked on receipt. If you sign the delivery note and have not checked the items we will not be held responsible for any claims that later arise through damage or missing items. Refunds will not be given unless it can be proven that goods were damaged before leaving our warehouse, in other instances replacements will be arranged.
Before returning goods, please obtain a Return ID number from our team. A handling fee of 20% will be charged unless an item was incorrectly delivered. Returns can only be considered if the goods are in an undamaged and unused condition, and still in their original packaging. Items to be returned must be sent back within 7 days of receipt once other criteria has been met.

OTHER INFO
A1 Catering Equipment Online cannot be held responsible for any charges incurred due to loss of earnings whilst awaiting delivery also labour charges from workmen due to the late arrival of goods.
All deliveries are subject to current stock amounts.  To avoid disappointment on your order, please e-mail for availability if there is no stock amount shown or if goods are out of stock.
By ordering your goods you accept all delivery terms and conditions.
When stock is exhausted, replacements may be at a higher or lower price. In rare cases some goods may differ slightly from the illustrations supplied in the case of improved product versions.
